These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and rtv777 ("rtv777," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the rtv777 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at rtv777.com and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.2 Jurisdiction. The rtv777 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rtv777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the rtv777 Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from rtv777 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of rtv777 and its affiliated entities;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) rtv777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. rtv777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify rtv777 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. rtv777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). rtv777 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license) before making withdrawals or accessing certain features. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your rtv777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the rtv777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rtv777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rtv777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability. rtv777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your rtv777 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rtv777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected. rtv777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your rtv777 account settings. These limits may be adjusted by rtv777 at any time.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. rtv777 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. rtv777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 rtv777 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. rtv777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.

5.4 rtv777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the rtv777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All applicable rtv777 games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, rtv777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. rtv777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or rtv777 staff.

7.2 rtv777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant authorities, including PAGCOR.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the rtv777 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of rtv777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rtv777.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of rtv777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 rtv777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtv777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 rtv777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rtv777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 rtv777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rtv777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 rtv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

11.2 Player Controls. rtv777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your rtv777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by rtv777. rtv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;

• rtv777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

12.3 Upon termination for breach, rtv777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.3 rtv777 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14. Amendments

14.1 rtv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rtv777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
